Meeker & Associates was commissioned by the Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt and the Presidential Library and Museum in Hyde Park, N.Y., to design exterior signage and identity graphics for the site in coordination with the opening of the new Henry Wallace Visitor Center. We designed signs and maps for motorists and pedestrians and developed plans for future signing of Val Kill, Eleanor Roosevelt’s home, and for Vanderbilt Mansion.

To celebrate the opening of the new Henry Wallace Visitor Center, we designed a high-contrast graphic of FDR as a young man and used it on banners and other celebratory media. To accommodate the new entrance to the park, we prepared conceptual designs for the identification signage and made recommendations to improve the circulation of motor vehicles entering and departing on a very congested road.
